Studio "Kamienica" with balcony. Location! Price!

For lovers of atmospheric places. Clean, spacious and bright studio in a historic Art Nouveau building of the former consulate, with high ceilings and views of the city square and the town hall tower, on the third (last!) floor, but there is an elevator! Great location, in the heart of the city, 8 minutes walk to the old town, 4 minutes to the AURA shopping center and the main bus and tram stop from where you can get absolutely everywhere (for example, to our beloved City Beach - in 15 minutes)

WOW! What a View! (What a view!) - nothing better reflects the character of the place than the delight of our friends on the terrace for a while before sunset... The apartment is so close to Lake Drwęcki that you can almost touch the tiles. I rent a fully equipped apartment near the Old Town in Olsztyn. The distance from the western station and the old town is 250 m. Next to the estate is the Łynostrada, a beautiful bicycle route stretching for kilometers along the Łyna River. In a few minutes from the apartment, you will reach the charming Długie Lake. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, iron, and smart TV. Free parking in front of the entrance to the estate. The number of parking spaces is limited.
