Cottage close nature. 15 min to Sthlm. Up to 4 ppl

This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Sleep on a comfortable sofa bed or the cosy sleeping loft. Have dinner at the dining table and step outside and enjoy coffee on a sunny wooden terrace with a view into our beautiful garden. Bed linen & towels are included and even coffee/tea. The local train will take you to Stockholm in just 18 min. No need for a car.

Helt nytt och fullt utrustat hus på 28 kvm i Danderyd 15 min norr om Stockholms innerstad. Huset stod klart i januari 2024 och ligger på en lugn återvändsgata 100m från ett fantastiskt naturreservat med oändliga alternativ för promenad, vandring och bad. På 10-15 min med bil når man både havet med fina badplatser eller två av Skandinaviens största köpcentrum (Täby Centrum och Mall of Scandinavia. Huset har vattenburen golvvärme, en permanent arbetsplats, bra Wi-Fi och parkering med laddning.

New apartment 30 minutes outside of Stockholm

Newly built apartment, 18 minutes by train from Stockholm city. It is located within our house and has a separate entrance. Our neighbourhood is very nice, close to Näsby Castle with beautiful walking trails. We have good commercial service at Näsby Park Centrum and a heated outdoor public swimming pool at Norskogsbadet in the summer. Djursholm golf course is nearby and there is several large playgrounds close to us. Täby Centrum 2 km from our house is one of the best shopping malls in Sweden.

Egen stuga i mysiga Täljö med privat bastu!

Fristående stuga i fantastiska Täljö - Med privat bastu! Huset har kök och ett sovrum med två enkelsängar. Stort trädäck med morgonsol och dagssol. Skogen ligger runt hörnet med fina stigar. Det finns cyklar att låna för utflykter. Kolgrill finns för sköna grillkvällar! 5 minuters gångväg till tåget, och 35 minuter med tåg till Stockholm. (Kostnad för tåg ca 3,5 Euro) TV med Chromecast. Gratis Wi-fi. Det är ca 10-15 minuters gångväg till närmsta badsjö, och med cykel är det ca 7 minuter.

Cozy loft close to the city with free ev charging.

Welcome to our cosy Loft that we just built! The loft is built above our garage beside our house and it accomodates you for a short stay of 2-3 people/small family or a longer stay of 1-2 people. Cot bed and child chair is available. The loft is located in a calm neighbourhood by the forest. Communications are great with commuter train and buses close by. Going by car to Stockholm takes about 15minutes. Car charging up to 50kWh/day is included. Let us know if you have any questions!

I stugan på 15 kvm finns toalett, handfat, kylskåp, micro, porslin, kaffepress och vattenkokare för enklare matlagning. På altanen finns en gasolgrill. Underbar utsikt över vattnet. Sol hela dagen och magiska solnedgångar. Passar till två personer, och uppskattar du bastu och bad så blir det här perfekt. Ligger på ön Tranholmen dit du tar dig via färja 80 från Ropsten, 1/11-15/4 via gångbro från Stocksund.

Du bor mitt bland blåbärsriset i skuggan av tallarna och har två minuters promenad till den gemensamma sandstranden vid södra bryggan.. Närhet till Lidingöspåret håller dig i trim. Huset består av ett sovrum med havsutsikt åt två håll, sov med fönstret öppet och hör vågorna. Sällskapsrum med fullt utrustat kök, soffa och fåtöljer. Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Badbrygga finns 100 meter från huset.

I närheten finns stort köpcenter (Täby centrum). 15 min gångväg till bad. Här har ni ett nybyggt boende med alla bekvämligheter. Tyst och fridfull omgivning. Parkering utanför huset. Arbetsyta och fullt utrustat kök. Sovloft med plats för 2 personer samt bäddsäng för 1 person. Handduk tvål & Schampo finns på plats.
