French stone house with pool in idyllic village.

My beautiful house is spacious and has a dining area for 12 people both inside and outside. Large bedrooms with space for extra mattresses / cots. Good hotel beds. Two full bathrooms, one shower and two WC rooms. Air conditioning in all bedrooms except in the annex. Wifi / TV package is installed. Large laundry room, outdoor kitchen, storage room. Major upgrade around the pool, outdoor shower. The pool is open from May until November. Rented out on weekly basis. preferably check in Saturday

Les Coumayres is a newly renovated 16th century farmhouse in the mountains, surrounded by lakes, hiking treks, old villages and stunning countryside. The house comprises the main family home and four self contained holiday homes. There is a heated swimming pool, children's adventure playground, tree house, play pond, large stone BBQ and many terraces. The owner lives on site. The house has a 30m long shaded south facing stone terrace with incredible views towards the Pyrenees.

A eclectic mix of antique and modern furnishings with all the modern conveniences. Just a short walk to all the local amenities. Nestled in the heart of the medieval town of Pézenas, surrounded by beautiful countryside in the south of France.. conveniently placed just a short drive to the beaches. Good connexions with main airports. 45 mins Montpellier airport, 75 mins Nimes airport 120 mins Toulouse. Only 2 hours away from Spain. We are pet friendly. (30€ pet per stay).
