En planta baja el living, comedor y cocina. Equipado con vajilla completa, cocina, heladera, microondas y lavavajillas. Cuenta con calefacción, wifi 300mbps, smart tv con Google Chromecast. Se accede por una subida de escaleras, no recomendable para personas con movilidad reducida. La parada de colectivos se sitúa a 70 mts.

There is a small forest with native flora, and it's walk-distance from National Park and Refugio Frey trail, while just a few minutes from Cerro Catedral Ski resort. Perfect for mountain-sports lovers: rock-climbing, trekking, kayaking, etc. There is a small library. Also, a BBQ spot shared with main house.

Está ubicado en la zona mas linda de Bariloche, de fácil acceso a las rutas turísticas. Paradas de buses a 200m y 400m. Tienes comercios cerca para realizar las compras (almacen, verdulería , panadería ) y una imperdible cervecería artesanal a 100m. Buenos restaurantes a 400m. Te esperamos!!!

Luego se ubica el amplio salón con cocina totalmente equipada. Deck de PVC con vista al lago. Mini Piscina con agua caliente: Se cobra aparte el uso de la misma a un costo de U$40 por dia. Prohibido fumar en toda la propiedad. El uso de la parrilla interior tiene un costo por única vez de u$40
