Ionian gems is built upon a hill, on a plot of land of 4 acres in total. The building itself measures 120 square meters, ensuring maximum comfort and sleeping up to 6 guests. Your first steps will bring you to the villa’s entrance; walking through it, you will discover the living room – which is perfectly combined with the fully equipped kitchen and the dining area. The Villa offers three bedrooms . The fantastic veranda offers many possibilities of recreation and of course the swimming pool.

Based on the small island of Kalamos, built out of stone with wooden floors, the house is bright and has amazing views to the Ionian Sea. It has two separate rooms on the top floor, while the kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is spacious with an additional bed therein. Internet is fast & reliable (Starlink). Each bedroom has its own terrace with a seating area. Halfway through the week, the villa is cleaned and the bed linen is changed.
