The house is about 50 m2 with porch of about 60 m2 around. Car parking spaces for 3 cars. Electric car charger. There are marked hiking trails around the cabin area, as well as a beach with a diving board and floating jetty. Great open land for picking wild mushrooms and berries in late summer and autumn. Possibility to go fishing in the fjord.

New barned log house with an amazing view over the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya to the west. Large and spacious house with great ceiling height in living room/kitchen. It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

If you ar visiting during the winter season, Gautefall, with possibilities of cross-country skiing and downhill slopes, is only a short care ride away. High standard! Fantastic view. Fully equipped with all kitchen utensils, games, highchair, cot and fire pans. In the summer: gas grill, trampoline, rowing boat, canoe and sup boards. Wood stove and a heat pump. 4 good bedrooms, large living room, office space and fantastic patio. Fishing water with trout. small beach nearby. Dogs are only allowed when agreed in advance Bed linen, towels, electricity and water are included in the price. Possibility of electric car charging (extra cost).

10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If GPS leads you onto a gravel road about 7 km from the cabin, you must find an alternative route. The road has a boom at both ends. 100m from bike route 3 Very fast internet. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need for a fishing license.
