There are a total of 4 apartments in the house and you must also take into account the neighbors. Behind the house there is a garden, a barbecue corner and a lounge area that is shared. The apartment can accommodate 3 guests (1 extra bed). Parking is free in the yard. Pets are welcome.

In the middle of Mulgimaa forests and fields, there is one lovely and cozy nest called Atsaare. We're welcome to have great families and courteous groups. Atsaari is a historic homestead that has found a new breathing in the last five years and is still evolving and renewing. What makes it more special is that from May to the end of August, this is an active farm with vegetable growing. Since you can't grow vegetables in the winter, we rent out our nest to nice people.

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.
