Our apartment is small (1.5 rooms) but cozy with all the comforts with private garage. The house has Wi-Fi, cable TV with radio, fireplace. In the kitchen, in addition to the standard appliances, you will find a Moka for Italian coffee, and American coffee machine, a fundu cooker with plates and cutlery. The double bed is on the mezzanine; there is a table for dining, two comfortable sofas to relax in and two foldaway beds. You will not need a car or a bus to go skiing or walking. SelfCheckin

Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Die sehr schöne 2.5 - Zimmerwohnung befindet sich an bester Lage direkt bei den Bergbahnen Laax. Bushaltestelle, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, diverse Restaurants sowie das Rocks Resort mit all seinen Annehmlichkeiten (Kinderspielplatz im Sommer, Kinderskilift im Winter) sind in ein paar Schritten erreichbar. Very tastefully and lovingly furnished. Cozy atmosphere for a nice get-together and best recreation. Unique indoor pool (20m) + 2 small saunas in the house. Large ski room, underground parking and direct bus to the ski station in front of the door. 3 single beds in the bedroom and lovely, folding 2x1 double bed in the living room. Wake up with a view of the mountains! TV / highspeed WLAN. Bathroom with bath/shower and large mirror cabinet.

Welcome to Laax Ski resort. The apartment is very close to the Laax Base Station. 2 minutes walking and you will enter one of the best slopes in Europe.
