You can help with milking the 70 cows. There are horses for trail rides and riding lessons by arrangement/payment. Rustic pool with its own spring water. Breakfast ingredients are available - but you have to prepare it yourself. Ideal starting point for nature experiences, also interesting cities/museums/amusement park nearby.

Nearby is Lake Ebni and the Aichstrut reservoir. Fornsbacher Waldsee, Leinecksee, Eisenbachsee and Hagerwaldsee. The picturesque Strümpfelbach Valley. The Hörschbach Falls Murrhardt. In the village is the Gasthaus Lamm and the Gasthof Birkenhof in Schlichenhöfle. In 15 minutes by car there is the Schwabenpark/amusement park +Eins&Alles Erfahrungsfeld

City, forest & river. Quiet, right in the forest and on the river as well as right in the city. Beautiful apartment with its own large (south) terrace and wellness area with sauna. Direct access to the park-like garden (for shared use). Great walks are right outside the front door. The bus stop is only a few meters away (about 7 minutes by bus to the train station/city). By car in about 5 minutes. We live with our children in the house. We are happy to help with questions, tips and a chat.

Our modern self-contained apartment is a new building, which is in a very quiet location overlooking Murrhardt. There are two free parking spaces in front of the house. There is hardly any traffic on the private road. The famous Villa Franck is located just behind the house. The train station is a 5-10 minute walk away. There are numerous leisure activities nearby, such as the Hörschbach waterfalls, which are within walking distance.
