The accommodation is in a scenic countryside location and here you can enjoy the peace and quiet with beautiful surroundings. The accommodation is newly renovated with a fully-equipped kitchen and shower. A newly renovated villa with a total of 4 bedrooms, large living room with fireplace, large kitchen and sunroom Basement with 1 bedroom + shower/bathtub/toilet. The house is located in a far located area and close to the Dalälven river where there are nice walking paths. Everything that you might need is within a few kilometers and there is a small Coop only 300 meters from the house. It takes about 20 minutes to go by car to Romme Alpin as well as to the neighboring town of Falun. If you need to charge the car, there are opportunities for it.

Welcome to our charming guest house located by the Tunaån river in Borlänge, where the city meets Tunaslätten. The bus goes all the way! It is a perfect starting point for excursions in Dalarna, and in winter, Romme Alpin is 13 minutes away. If you like cross-country skiing, Gyllbergen offers low-mountain-like nature. Locally, you can take a walk/run in Smäcken or Frostbrunnsdalen, explore the spring streams, take a ride on the river, or a dip, or visit the ostriches a bike ride away. Electric car charging is available.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Stay in a converted stable. Horses used to trample here. Now it's been rebuilt into a three-room apartment with a nostalgic feel. The decor is original from the 50s-70s. Here you live with the forest close by. If you're lucky, there might be a moose outside the window. You live right between Ludvika and Borlänge. In winter, it is close to Romme Alpin and ski slopes in Gyllbergen's recreation area. In the summer, nature with lakes and the forest is very close.

Simesstugan, the accommodation near Romme Alpin

Simesstugan was built in 1894 and is part of an old farm called Simesgården with surrounding barns. The property has been in the family for many generations, and we see it as our second home and hope you get the same feeling. The kitchen has a large kitchen table with a kitchen sofa and chairs. The kitchen also has an old wood-burning stove that you are welcome to use; why not cook your food on it? The living room has a sofa and TV (Boxer), and for extra coziness, there is a tiled stove.

Welcome to a newly built house on its own lake plot with magical views! In summer, you can enjoy swimming and sun from your own jetty and borrow a rowing boat, SUP and wood-fired hot tub. In the fall, you pick berries and mushrooms directly outside the house. In winter, it is about 13 minutes to Romme Alpin. When there is ice on the lake, you can ice skate and take lovely walks. There is a sauna and fireplace with access to wood for frozen ski enthusiasts.
