Surrounded by the sounds of fountains, irrigation ditches, mountains, hiking trails, and the Poqueira River. The house consists of two floors. Upstairs is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, terrace with mountain views, living room with fireplace and two armchairs-beds. Downstairs is another living-dining room with a kitchenette and a wood stove. Fully equipped and with WiFi. No heating. Fireplaces only. No TV.

Aguas Calmas lies between two traditional acequias (water-courses). Superb walking tracks lead into the mountains. Lots to do! Perfect base for Granada, beaches, Alpujarra, skiing and local restaurants. Great weather all year round. Paradise for hiking, cycling, lazing around pool or remote working. Good WiFi. It is a traditional house located on the edge of the village overlooking the highest peaks of the peninsula, Mulhacén 3482 and Veleta. Be careful with your mobility because there are many slopes in the village and stairs in the house. During summer on the "terrace" there may be flies and smells of cattle because there is a goat pen nearby. You can park or use the small parking lot of Las Espeñuelas for loading and unloading, which is 15 meters from the house, but first make sure you can drive.

You will love my place because it is a penthouse with incredible views of the Alhambra from its wonderful terrace. The lift will take you directly to the floor where you will find an incredibly sunny and bright space. Comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. My accommodation is good for couples. It is located in the Paseo de los Tristes, that is, in the lower part of the Albaizin.

Casa Amaranta

Casa Amaranta is a charming little house located on the edge of the Poqueira Ravine. It has wonderful views from the rooms of the house. The cozy atmosphere with a decoration full of details, invite you to spend a few days of tranquility and peace in Capileira. The house was originally the block of a family home and has been carefully restored. The Climalit windows were installed in September 2017, as were the hot water heater and ceramic hob.

The apartment is located on a fourth floor, in the middle area of the ski resort, in front of the first stop of the Telesilla Parador I ski lift and walking distance to the Maribel track. It has surface parking in the building, WITH NO RESERVED SPACE (until full capacity) and guarded by security cameras. DO not RENT TO UNDER 30 YEARS OLD, except prior communication and acceptance with the owner.
