The ceiling is covered by an outer double layer structure protecting it from the rain and direct sunlight, providing this way good thermal insulation. Vila osmanli - historic house by the Sea

Villa Osmanli - is one of the warehouses part of the 17th century Old customs house building (the first one to be built in ilha). We transformed it into a well decorated and stylish villa with all amenities and comfort. The villa is right in front of the sea, with direct access to two beaches, one of them almost private.
