A 40m2 self-contained apartment on the ground floor of a traditional stone built farmhouse in a tranquil rural location. The apartment features a bedroom/living room with king side bed, sofa, smart TV, built in wardrobe, and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wet-room and decked terrace with parasol and outdoor dining table. From May to October guests have use of a 6m x 3.75m pool and sun deck shared with the host who lives on site and guests in one other 2 person accommodation.

Kom met het hele gezin tot rust in deze vredige accommodatie met o.a. privé zwembad (11x4), trampoline en kinderspeeltoestel op bijna 1 hectare (volledig omheinde) eigen grond. Omringd door verschillende (fruit)bomen zoals olijf, sinaasappels, limoen, dadels en appels, is de accommodatie ook geschikt voor een yogaweekend/retrait. Op 5 minuten afstand vind je het gezellige stadje Arganil. Hier vind je de verse bakker, slager, Lidl, intermarché en verschillende boutiques en schoenenwinkels.
