Newly built room in quiet and lush area next to Göta Kanal at Gamla Motala Verkstad. The room has its own entrance, toilet, kitchen and access to parking. Sofa bed for 2 and a family bunk bed with 2 beds. Here you live 280 meters from our " local pub" Mallboden, the coziest café in town where you can enjoy everything from waffles to wine, troubadours and quis evenings. If you want to rent a kayak or sup, Linda has rental 200 meters from the accommodation. Proximity to grocery stores, pizzerias and 5 km to the largest lake bath in the Nordic region, Varamon.

Newly built luxury beach house (1) in Varamon Motala

Newly built Attefall house with the absolute best location on the longest lake in the Nordic region and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With walking paths, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a cove that is perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets allowed. Sheets/towels are brought yourself, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

A lovely beach house with a wonderful view.

In our beautiful beach house you live so close to the lake, you can hear the sound of the waves. The house is 70 m from the beach, the longest "lake beach" in Scandinavia. Summertime there are 5 restaurants close by.(3 in the wintertime) Perfect for catching some sun, relaxing, vindsurfing, kitesurfing, nice walks in the beautiful area, tennis, paddle, minigolf or chilling and barbecuing on the patio. Code to the key box will be sent to you the day before arrival. Sheets and towels not included

Det är en stuga på landet med lugnt läge ca 10 min från E4:an söder om Mantorp. Huset är på ca 50m2. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och öppen spis. Vardagsrummet är öppet upp till nock. Över sovrummet finns ett loft med två madrasser som kan användas som extrabäddar. Köket är fullt utrustat samt med diskmaskin. På tomten finns också en friggebod med en våningssäng. Stor lummig trädgård med uteplats och grill. Priset gäller för 4 bäddar. Extra sovplats 150sek/bädd.

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Jag och min fru driver även boendet " The View" på samma adress och hoppas att våra gäster kommer bli minst lika nöjda med "The Lake house". Läs gärna recensioner på "The View"

Historic house from late 1800's. Original details with a modern brand new kitchen. Fully furnished in an eclectic 80's style. White washed floor planks throughout the whole house. New bathroom with a 5 person Sauna. Walking distance to town. Grocery, pharmacy, liquor store, pub and restaurants within 10 min walk. 500 m to the lake for a morning dip. Cozy little cottage beautifully located near the Varamon beach in Motala. The cottage is newly built and is only 100 m from the beautiful sandy beach. Nice decking around the cottage and possibility to barbecue. Parking space is included right outside. Bed linen and towels are not included but may be rented for a fee, 100sek/person. Small cottage on the host family's property. Smaller bedroom with a loft bed 120+80, small living room with TV and sofa bed 140x200cm. Closet in both rooms. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven and microwave. Toilet and shower with water heater. Furnished patio with roof. Only 150 meters to the lovely Varamostranden beach with access to swimming in clear water, shallow sandy bottom perfect for families. There are 2 restaurants nearby by the water.
