Simple, rural and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. Short walking distance to the Madla amphi shopping center, as well as grocery stores such as REMA 1000 and COOP. Short walking distance to Madlaveien/at Clarion Hotel Energy where you can take the bus to Stavanger city center. The buses run every 15 minutes and take about 8 minutes to drive to the city center. Shared parking space on own property. If you arrive by plane, the airport bus is recommended. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to the apartment. The bus also passes "the three swords".

Entrance to outerwear. Please note: No kitchen, but: Separate room between hallway and bathroom that is equipped with refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. Naustet has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is southwest facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with a brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh produce for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything that is served and sold is made here.

My place is close to the city centre, public transportation, parks and outdoor life. The place is good for one person but can house 2 persons. It costs 200kr extra per night if you are two. Bed(90cm+mattress on the floor) It is possible to cook simple food. Hot plate, microwave ++ NB! Kitchenette and bathroom/WC are in the same room. A living room with a 90 cm bed. If 2 guests, extra mattress. The apartment is in the basement. Ceiling height approx. 97 cm. Bed linen and towels are included. Free parking in the street.
