Clean, bright, contemporary, and decorated with a striking collection of modern indigenous artwork, this Elizabeth Bay/Rushcutters Bay apartment offers guests a sheltered and sophisticated home just minutes from all the entertainment Sydney has to offer. Situated in one of the most cosmopolitan neighbourhoods in Australia, it is a vibrant inner-urban community with grand old Art Deco buildings and harbour-side parks. It's walking distance to the city through the Botanic Gardens. Our home is well designed, comfortable, clean, secure and fully equipped with everything you will need. Welcome to our gorgeous apartment in the heart of Sydney's most stylish neighbourhood, Elizabeth Bay/Rushcutters Bay. The apartment is located on the entry level of a secure building, faces north with tranquil garden views. Although very central the apartment is located in a quiet, leafy street. The studio is fashionably decorated and is styled with captivating and dynamic contemporary Australian Indigenous art. Our apartment comfortably fits two people with a real (and comfortable) queen size bed, but can easily accommodate a 3rd guest on the large sofa. On arrival please make yourself at home. I have left a tray with essentials bread, milk, etc or there is a bottle of Australian wine in the fridge. Designed and equipped for Airbnb visitors, the apartment is surrounded by walking streets, shopping, cafes and restaurants in an attractive village style area. The weekend markets are full of organic produce, quirky street shopping & more great coffee! Metro buses & trains are only minutes away, although it's only a short walk to the city and surrounds. The apartment is 5 minutes walk to harbour side, Beare and Rushcutters Bay parks, tennis courts and marina. It is 5 - 15 minutes walk to galleries, and the retail and restaurant precincts of Darlinghurst, Surry Hills, Woolloomooloo and Potts Point. We provide a computer/internet/wi fi/television for use, plus a few notable books and guides that will introduce you to Australian/Sydney life and culture. The kitchen has ample cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, oven, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher and essential foodstuffs for your visit. Towels and fresh linen are provided and the bathroom is stocked with a variety of toiletries and many handy items to enhance your visit if you should need them. The bathroom includes a washing machine/dryer & hairdryer and powerpoint in the cupboard. There is a very long full length mirror in the hallway. The apartment is comfortable, well appointed, clean and safe. There is also a roof top garden area for views of surrounding regions and embodies an outdoor, more casual roof-top garden atmosphere. You will have the entire apartment to yourselves. We will try to meet you as you arrive to give the grande tour plus leave you the keys. However, my busy academic schedule precludes being available all of the time. I visit the Western Desert regularly. Details will be provided at time of booking. There is one set of keys, two keys to the set. Please leave the keys on the kitchen bench when you leave. We will always be available via phone or email (even when we are outside of Sydney metro region). In the event of an emergency, you will find a list of contact details in the house manual. I'm available on email, text message or by phone (if I'm not in a meeting!). I pride myself on being responsive. Within easy reach of Sydney's cultural attractions, but sheltered in picturesque surroundings, Elizabeth Bay is a relaxed neighbourhood with a wonderful array of boutique shops, noteworthy restaurants, cosy cafes, and organic farmers' markets. The apartment is set in a quiet leafy street in an inner-city area of Sydney, about two kilometres east of the CBD, central to the fashionable suburbs of Potts Point, Elizabeth Bay, Rushcutters Bay, Kings Cross and Darlinghurst. Walk just about everywhere. I prefer to walk everywhere - is the perfect place to start exploring what the city has to offer. Transport options are abundant. Bus stop is located 2 mins from the apartment. Kings cross train station is a short 5min stroll from the studio and there is abundance of taxis around. Plenty of choices! Although designed for the comfort of Airbnb visitors, the small studio apartment is also treated as our home away from home. As my daughter (in New York) and myself (Hawkesbury region on the outskirts of Sydney) frequently stay in Sydney, we have endeavoured to make the space as comfortable and stylish as possible for our stopovers and short breaks. We hope that our guests enjoy it as much as we do. The 15 min express bus to Sydney CBD is just around the corner, 10 mins to Chatswood Shopping Centre, 20 minutes to Manly and the beautiful Northern Beaches of Sydney. There is plenty of unrestricted parking available in our quiet leafy street, You can walk to Echo Point Park with it's sandy beach, marina and cafe and picturesque Harbourside bush walks. We are within walking distance of 2 Golf Courses, Tennis Courts and Platinum Fitness First Gym with an indoor pool. You will have your own private sunny outdoor courtyard with table & chairs. The brand new Caesarstone kitchenette has a convection microwave, induction cooktop, fridge, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery & glassware. Bookings of 7 nights or longer will have access to a Thermomix to whip up beautiful meals at the click of a button or 2. Free wifi is provided and air-conditioning. The eat in living area has a flat screen TV, and a bookshelf full of books and boardgames. There is a dining table and a separate desk for a work space. Modern bathroom with vanity, toilet and shower, toiletries are provided. The bedroom has a very comfy Queen sized bed with posturepedic mattress, built in wardrobe with chest of drawers, plenty of hanging space and a safe. There is a laundromat within walking distance, but we can do a load of washing for you for a small fee. Our space is suitable for travellers, country visitors and business people alike. We really want this to be your home away from home! This is a self contained private apartment with your own front door and entry via keypad code. We provide a welcome pack with transport details and local attractions and we are happy to give advice and point you in the right direction, according to how much time you have and what you want to see and do. Your apartment is located right next door to us, so if there is anything you need we are here for you, but we totally respect your privacy. This is a quiet, friendly suburb with easy access to public transport, cafes, and restaurants. The property is just 15 minutes from the CBD by express bus and minutes on foot from beautiful bush walks for some time away from the urban buzz. We are around the corner from the bus stop. There is plenty of unrestricted street parking. We are just 11 km from Sydney's CBD, 13 km to the Northern beaches of Sydney and 3.6km to Chatswood. As hosts with a young family, we occupy part of the property and share a common wall with the guesthouse. However, the AirBnB is private, has a separate entrance and shares no common areas. This self-contained guesthouse is part of a gracious federation family home on a corner block with its own private entrance. It has one bedroom with a built in wardrobe and desk. The Living area is a combined living/dining and kitchenette leading to a large outside verandah/deck. The space is flexible and perfect for business travellers, young families and couples looking to enjoy the best parts of Sydney. We have an air mattress and crib, which we’ll include or remove based on your sleeping requirements. You’ll feel just like you’re at home away from home! Guests have a separate private access with no shared areas and direct access to Green Park from the outside veranda accessible via a side entrance. This property supports keyless access powered by August Home. Should you wish, there is no need to interact with the residents of the house, the apartment is your space and is totally private. Across the road from the house is Greens Park, which boasts a playground, public tennis courts, and basketball hoops. Cammeray golf course is practically on the doorstep as well, and there's a huge array of cafes, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. Cammeray is an excellent location with immediate access in all directions by car. There is plenty of all day parking on the street just outside our place. Public transport is a breeze into the City, North Sydney and Mosman. It's even an easy walk to & from North Sydney, Neutral Bay & Crows Nest for work or play. Beach Bungalow Studio with Cozy Patio

This studio style bungalow is located in the heart of Bronte close to public transport, the beautiful beaches of the eastern suburbs (Bondi, Tamarama, Bronte & Clovelly including the world-famous Bondi-Bronte coastal walk!) as well as being a 2min walk to great cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. Fitted out with modern decor & finishes it feels both warm & inviting as well as having a designer feel. In addition, there is under-floor heating ensuring warmth through the cooler winter months, as well as air-conditioning and a fan for the warmer weather. We live on the same property (separate house) and are available for anything our guests may need. We have 2 young active boys so you may occasionally hear them playing but your space is accessed by the rear lane-way and we do not share your living space so it’s very private - all our guests comment on how very quiet it is, which is due to the location on a rear laneway rather than a main road with traffic. The only traffic that enters the lane is for the residents of our street. We leave you to do your own thing, however are very happy to assist whenever required. Bronte is among the most beautiful suburbs of Sydney, with beautiful beaches and parks yet a short drive to the heart of the CBD. Bronte has an array of fabulous cafes, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. The home is also near Bondi Beach. Yes, there is bus transport just a short 2min walk from the bungalow. Car-park right outside the front door (free) - not common in the eastern suburbs of Sydney! Under-floor heating Air-conditioning Easy walk to both Bronte & Clovelly beach as well as fantastic cafes, restaurants and public transport.
