Child-friendly getaway jacuzzi house

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. 5 minute walk from the forest. 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the lake. Parking place for 3 cars (2 in front of the garage and 1 in the double underground garage with direct access to the house). The house has a small garden with many plants and privacy. There is 1 balcony and 1 large terrace with jacuzzi. The lake in the village has a large public swimming area and other family activities (playground, SUP rental, restaurant, etc.)

Wir sind auf dem Land mit wunderschöne Aussicht auf dem Pilatus Kette. Sehr zentral gelegen. Sehr schön zum laufen. Sehr naturverbunden. Öv und Einkauf Möglichkeit ist in der nahe. Wir sind für 4 Erwachsene eingerichtet. Da ist ein Schlafzimmer für 2 Personen und ein Schlafsofa für 2 Personen Aber eine Familie mit Kindern sind auch herzlich Willkommen. Wir haben ein Garten mit sitzplatz und Spielplatz. Wir haben auch Bobby cars,Traktoren etc

Schönes Zimmer mit separater Küche und Sitzplatz. Wunderbare Aussicht auf den See, Berge und die Landschaft. Gratis Parkplatz und gute Zugverbindung (5 min entfernt). Der Hallwilersee und das Seebad ist in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Wen jemand Lust hat haben wir Stand Up Paddle zu vermieten. Sie haben die Küche, Zimmer und Bad für sich und wir wohnen im Obergeschoss des Hauses.

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
