Architect-designed nature cabin by idyllic water

Expanded/renovated cabin in a lovely spot in the south of Norway. You have to row across a small body of water to get to the cabin, or walk through the forest (700 meters). Here you can swim, fish for trout in the water or be lucky to see ospreys gliding over the water. There are eagle's nests not far from the cabin. Simply a magical place on the waterfront. The sleeping areas have windows so you can look out into the nature when you are lying in bed. Relaxation guaranteed! We are considering renting out to well-behaved people for a few weekends a year and a few weeks in the summer.

Cabin by the lake, with its own jetty and boat

The cabin has a large jetty on the downside of the cabin. Isefjærfjorden normally has the highest bathing temperature in the sea/Norway (travel radio). Short distance to the zoo, 15 km. The cabin has a steep slope on the front side but with a fence. Has a parking space with a main road to the cabin and with the cabin, a somewhat narrow road up to the cabin. Stay in the middle of the action in the amazing Kanalbyen! Nice corner apartment with a sunny balcony overlooking the lake and the canal. Here you are the closest neighbor to Fiskebrygga and the cultural attractions Kunstsilo and Kilden. From the apartment you can stroll down to the jetty and take a refreshing morning swim, eat at the Factory or enjoy something good in the glass at Gvino wine bar. On beautiful Odderøya there are great hiking opportunities, a climbing park and a new park area with playground equipment. Short distance to Bystranda, Aquarama and Kvadraturen.

The cabin is located on the edge of a small cliff, so here you get a good feeling of height. The cabin is well insulated, equipped with a wood stove, small kitchen with everything you need, indoor toilet and 3 bedrooms as well as a loft with room for 3 people. 60m away is Harkmark's observation tower

Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest overlooking Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

The loft apartment is located in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood on Heisel. Rooms approx. 60 sqm. Has two bedrooms, as well as sleeping alcoves with double bed and TV, plus TV in the living room. Shared hallway with the landlord. Walking distance to the beach and bus stop. Shop, hiking areas, restaurants in the vicinity. 25 minutes by car to the Zoo and 15 minutes by car to Kristiansand City Centre. 2 minutes by car to Moseidmoen sports ground, and 4 minutes to Vennesla City Centre. Cleaning, bed linen/towels are not included in the price.

To the National Villakssenter-Kvåsfossen: 5 km, 5 min to drive by car. Kristiansand Zoo is less than 1 hour and 24 minutes away-perfect for family excursions. With only a 20-minute drive to Lyngdal and Sørlandsbadet, you have everything within easy reach. There are good fishing opportunities in the river in the area, with a valid fishing license.
