The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

The apartment (55 sqm) is located on the upper floor of the old country house, which we converted in the Tuscan style, with its own terrace. The apartment can accommodate 2-4 people. The house, on the southern slope of Morrona, is very quiet, close to the village, which can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. There is a small alimentari and a café/bar. Ideal location for exploring Tuscany. Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Lucca, Florence and the coast are all less than an hour's drive away

E' un appartamento facente parte di una tenuta completamente recintata di 60 ettari di natura incontaminata: più di 1000 ulivi, innumerevoli cipressi e foreste profumate creano un ambiente idilliaco per coloro che ricercano tranquillità e silenzi. La tenuta Palmierina è in prossimità di Castelfalfi (un vero gioiello di architettura medievale) e nelle vicinanze di Firenze (50 Km), Siena (50 Km), Pisa (50 Km). Nelle vicinanze ci sono due campi da golf.

The Tower

Ancient Tuscan villa, beautiful, with exclusive private garden, completely renovated, surrounded by the beautiful and gentle Tuscan hills. The villa has a breathtaking view, is very sunny, well furnished and equipped with all amenities, quiet and not isolated. The house is located in Bagnolo, a small hamlet of Impruneta at the gates of Chianti, an area of olive groves, vineyards and peace. The house is about 10 km by car from the center of Florence.

The apartment is in the center of the small village of Morrona, a hamlet of Terricciola, at the highest point, under the Church of the country. In less than an hour by car, you can visit Pisa, Volterra, and San Gimignano; a little further on is Florence, and you can reach the sea in no time. Accommodation tax: €2.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 10 days from April 1 to October 30. Children under the age of 10 and the disabled are exempt.
