The casa has a lovely view of the neighbouring vineyard and every amenity to feel comfortable during your stay, including AC throughout. Chianni is perfectly situated as a great central base to explore Tuscany's greatest Cities, towns and the coast.

All home comforts were carefully thought out during the renovation process. The bedroom has a matrimonial size bed with memory foam mattress & pillows. Old country house with a view!

The apartment (55 sqm) is located on the upper floor of the old country house, which we converted in the Tuscan style, with its own terrace. The apartment can accommodate 2-4 people. The house, on the southern slope of Morrona, is very quiet, close to the village, which can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. There is a small alimentari and a café/bar. Ideal location for exploring Tuscany. Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Lucca, Florence and the coast are all less than an hour's drive away

Accommodation tax: €2.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 10 days from April 1 to October 30. Children under the age of 10 and the disabled are exempt.
