The casa has a lovely view of the neighbouring vineyard and every amenity to feel comfortable during your stay, including AC throughout. Chianni is perfectly situated as a great central base to explore Tuscany's greatest Cities, towns and the coast.

Relax at this newly renovated sun filled apartment in the heart of the Città del Vino, Terricciola. On the first floor, it boasts its own private terrace with BBQ. All home comforts were carefully thought out during the renovation process. The bedroom has a matrimonial size bed with memory foam mattress & pillows. Another highlight is the 100 m2 terrace. and the BBQ, where you can have lunch and relax. The villa is completely independent and out of sight of prying eyes. The house, on the southern slope of Morrona, is very quiet, close to the village, which can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. There is a small alimentari and a café/bar. Ideal location for exploring Tuscany. Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Lucca, Florence and the coast are all less than an hour's drive away

The apartment is in the center of the small village of Morrona, a hamlet of Terricciola, at the highest point, under the Church of the country. In less than an hour by car, you can visit Pisa, Volterra, and San Gimignano; a little further on is Florence, and you can reach the sea in no time. Accommodation tax: €2.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 10 days from April 1 to October 30. Children under the age of 10 and the disabled are exempt.
