Within walking distance there is a Joker shop, hairdresser, Cricket K, restaurant, swimming area, school with playground and football field. Ski slope of approx. 1 km and ski slopes of 2, 3, 5, 10 km. Children's ski slope with lift right next to it. The place is located 1/2 hour from Dalen, Lårdal, Åmot, Rauland and Seljord. Støga - Pizza Restaurant and Pub nearby. They are open Fri - Sun from 2 pm - until approx. 11 pm.

The house has been recently renovated and furnished with both new and old interior items. Historical surroundings. If you are lucky you can see wild animals right by the cabin. Nice hiking trails nearby. Tveitgrendløypa (2 min from the cabin) is popular in summer, and has spectacular views of mountains and fjords. Kviteseid is a cozy little town centre with shops and cafes. Swimming opportunities in the fjords during summer.

Suitable if you are going from west to east or vice versa.👍 The granary is 18 square meters and consists of two rooms. Kitchen/living room and bedroom. There is a cozy old-fashioned outhouse here. Partial power. No running water, but there is water outside on the wall of the neighboring house. (10 meters away) New this year: shower and laundry room in the basement of the white house 👍

Viking age hut listed in 2017 in Øygarden hut area. It is a small cabin area with good distance between the cabins and you have great hiking opportunities just outside the door. The cabin has 3 bedrooms. There is room for 7, but it is best suited for couples or families with children. There is a personal touch to the cabin as it is often used by us as well, so there will be basic goods in kitchen cabinets and there may be goods in refrigerators with durability. Use whatever you need during your stay.
