Górska Przystań Sierpnica is a charming property for rent, located on one of the picturesque slopes of the Owl Mountains. There are two comfortable, year-round houses, a free-standing sauna and hot tub, and a barbecue gazebo. The windows offer a unique view of the beautiful valley and mountains. The "Górska Przystań Sierpnica" is dominated by peace and quiet, a beautiful, soothing view, and frequent guests are roe deer and field hares - inhabitants of nearby meadows and forests. There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each of them has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

House in Biała - Mak

The house has two bedrooms upstairs - 5 beds: two double beds and one single bed. Upstairs there is also a bathroom with a toilet and shower. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a toilet. The living room has a TV and a sofa bed that can accommodate two more people. The whole is crowned with a fireplace, which serves as a decoration and a heating unit on cold days. On request, we also offer daily cleaning, linen and towel change.

Modern villa with a private beach and lake view. At your disposal: a sauna with large glazing and access to the water, a jacuzzi, a garden, a covered terrace with a barbecue and an outdoor cinema (120"). Inside: 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, Smart TV in each room. Possibility to rent SUPs, pedal boats and scooters. New facility – available from 07/01/2025. Private parking for 3 cars. A place to stay and relax for the family. We have apartments with a view of the garden with a fish pond, sauna, hot tub, a place for a bonfire and a playground for children. In the area, there are hiking trails to the Ślęża mountain with the possibility of playing at the rope park. There are many bike trails in the area. The apartments are located on the first floor with a separate entrance. The ground floor is occupied by the host.

You will experience silence, peace, relaxation and privacy. 6-8 person cottages, fully equipped to a high standard. The Sowie Mountains are extremely friendly to visitors. The Riese Underground Complex – the largest mining and construction project of Nazi Germany. Mysterious buildings, corridors and tunnels left behind by the Nazis. The underground city of Osówka is located 1.7 km from the Refuge.

This charming, air-conditioned house with an area of 140 m2 is an ideal place for family and friend meetings. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with a kitchen that can accommodate up to 14 guests. Equipped kitchen, large table, film projector, garden with barbecue, jacuzzi, sauna with a wood stove. Towels and bed linen provided. Perfect for holidays and celebrations!

DZIK near Karpacz cottage with sauna & fireplace

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
