Quiet 2-room apartment, in the canton of Lucerne

The well-kept, small apartment with garden view is located in the rear part of the owner's house. The separate entrance is only accessible via several steps. From the seating area outside in front of the apartment, you can enjoy a magnificent view over the countryside/Pilatus. One parking space is available in front of the house. Many great hiking and biking trails in nature await you . You can also reach by train with good connections..... Lucerne,Entlebuch,Berne,Zurich,Basel and many more.

Private studio in excellent location

Fully equipped studio in a prime location with double bed. If necessary, additional sleeping facilities for up to 2 people available (see photos). Quiet detached house district on a sunny hillside location, about 5 minutes from the highway as well as close to Sursee or Zofingen. Central, about 30 minutes by car to Lucerne and about 50 minutes to the larger cities of Zurich, Basel and Bern. We speak in German, in English, in French and in Spanish and looking forward to seeing you soon.

Perhaps the most overwhelming view in the area. Are you looking for peace and relaxation and love privacy? Maybe you'd rather bike or hike? In the middle of nature and yet you can reach the centers of Lucerne, Zurich, Basel and Bern in 20-50 minutes. The apartment is spacious, tastefully furnished and can accommodate 4 people. The balcony belongs to the apartment and is for exclusive use. Kitchen with fridge, oven, stove and coffee maker, satellite TV, WiFi and PP.

You will surely feel comfortable in this spacious & special accommodation. It consists of a double bed and in addition two mattresses that can be laid out in the living room. The apartment is with separate entrance in a detached house. The large outdoor area can also be used. The southern orientation of the apartment captivates with its wonderful sunshine. The apartment is new. The equipment including bed content was newly purchased in the fall of 2024.

In this 200-year-old farmhouse, you can arrive and find peace. The cottage radiates coziness and warmth. The cottage is attached to an old former farmhouse but is completely autonomous and has a separate entrance including infrastructure. The schoolhouse, including playground, is easily accessible. We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
