We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

Sehr gut eingerichtete Küche mit Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Filterkaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und Kinderhochstuhl. Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden 1 mal pro Woche bereitgestellt. Gut sozialisierte und gut erzogene Hunde sind willkommen. Gartennutzung nach Absprache möglich.

Situated near the amazing medieval town of Stein am Rhein, only 3 min drive and 8 min walk to the fabulous Lake Constance. One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a sofa-bed (160 cm) in the lounge. (No door between the two rooms.)
