Maisonette Private garden studio by the sea (2-minute walk), quiet, peaceful. This little cocoon is located in the most sought-after area of Rémire-Montjoly at the bottom of the owner's garden. Completely refurbished, including the amenities, connected housing (wifi with fiber, new air conditioner, lights, NETFLIX. We also offer an airport transfer service. Animal friends, we have a very nice little female dog Olympe and a big male dog Thor.

The house is nevertheless well located sinceit is at: - 5 min from shopping malls, cinemas. - 15 min from Cayenne center. - 15 min from the airport. - 5 min to first beach You will be quiet, and far from traffic, and in the heart of nature.
