Old 16th century house located 3 minutes from downtown Montrichard on foot. In this house, bought in mid-2017 after being abandoned and completely restored since, rental of a comfortable gîte for 2 to 6 people. Exposed or whitewashed stone walls, beams, timber framing, beautiful fireplace (non-functional). Typical setting of the area (cellars in the rock, wells, press, bread oven) on enclosed courtyard of 250 m2 where a vehicle can be parked.

Welcome, I offer you the small house, with all the comforts, table, kitchen, bathroom, a 140 cm bed bed and two 90 cm beds, terrace... The small house is located next to the Cher, the city center of Montrichard is within walking distance, the environment is rural. You are kindly requested to leave the accommodation clean, if you do not wish to clean we will do it for the sum of 20 euros. Thank you for letting us know when you arrive.
