Next to the Istao headquarters. 2.5 km from the Ancona-sud highway, 5.6 km from Ancona city center. 5 km from the regional hospital and 3 km from Inrca and Palaindoor. 1.7 km from Pala Prometeo. From seaside resorts such as Numana, Sirolo and Portonovo, about 10 km away.

Very bright and very central 75 sqm apartment, located on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator and sea view from every room! Long and wide balcony so much that you can eat! Parking is available under the house and in the immediate vicinity. The long beach (free at 200 meters and equipped at 350 meters) is easily reachable on foot! Important: the accommodation is all flat (there are no climbs to reach it!) and IT IS not close TO the railway, so... tranquility, no noise!
