Saremo felici di ospitarvi e assistervi… sarete i benvenuti! Torricella-Taverne è un paesino situato nella Valle del Vedeggio. È considerato un paese strategico, a pochi chilometri da Lugano e da numerose attrazioni turistiche (Splash&Spa, Lugano Lake, escursioni in Mountain Bike, Monte Tamaro, ecc). Vicino a molti servizi quali: supermercati, ristoranti, bar, bancomat, posta e farmacie. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono i principali mezzi pubblici (autobus e treno) e entrate autostradali.

Es ist eine kleine, einfache,aber sehr gemütliche Wohnung. Der Schlafraum wird mit dem Wohnzimmer geteilt, dafür hat man von der Terrasse aus eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore und die Berge. Die liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung wird Ihnen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt bereiten! Bei mir ist es so, dass jeder Gast am Ende der Ferien, die Wohnung selber reinigt und schön sauber hinterlässt, vielen Dank! Leider gibt es in San Nazzaro kein Lebensmittelgeschäft, dafür in Gerra

Condiviso giardino e lavanderia. La casa pur essendo circondata dal bosco e vigne dista solo 2’ in auto (15’a piedi) dalla fermata del bus e da pizzeria, Tearoom, bar. 15’ in auto dal centro di Bellinzona. Uscita autostrada Bellinzona-sud, a 5’ e 25’ a piedi dalla stazione del treno. Ideale per escursioni a piedi e bici.

Studio 2 mit Kochnische und Bad

Ein mini-kleines Studio, dass auf kleinstem Raum alles hat um glücklich zu sein. Wer unabhängig seine Tessin Ferien günstig verbringen will ist hier richtig. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um das Tessin zu entdecken. Der Lago Maggiore zu Füssen, die Täler und die Zentren ( Locarno, Bellinzona und Lugano) auch mit ÖV gut erreichbar. Sowie auch die Märkte in Italien mit Auto oder ÖV gut erreichbar sind. Im Winter und während der kühlen Jahreszeit, empfehle ich das Studio nur für eine Person!
