The apartment is on the ground floor of a detached house with separate entrance, a private parking space is available a few meters away. Quiet and sunny area, surrounded by greenery with large garden for guests. The apartment is a small open space divided into a sleeping area with a double bed, living area with a small kitchen and a comfortable bathroom. It can accommodate only two adults. It is 16 km from Lake Lugano, 12 km from Bellinzona and 25 km from Locarno. The shops are a few kilometers away.

Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. Our studio apartment is located in the center of Tenero on the ground floor of a newly built house. Peaceful location, since there is no thoroughfare nearby. A covered terrace and a lawn are part of it. The large garden with fire pit can be used. It is completely accessible.
