Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Spacious and luminous apartment in a historical family building. Very well equipped and with care for the detail, the place is furnished in a simple but well-maintained manner. There are 2 balconies and a private covered garage, with direct access to the apartment, exclusively used by our guests. Dumenza is a quiet and authentic village in a strategic position to reach easily by car the tourist resorts of Lake Maggiore, Como and Lugano, but offers also a lot of privacy.

This penthouse has a fantastic view as the windows overlook the lake, directly in front of Villa Pliniana. The apartment is part of an old villa of the end of 800, renovated. Ideal for relaxing, listening to the sound of the lake waves, which lace the house. It is located in the center of the typical village of Carate Urio, opposite the cafeteria, the pharmacy, two grocery stores and the bus stop C10 and C20. public parking is in front of the entrance of the house
