Fabrègues is located 15 minutes from Frontignan Plage and Palavas les Flots, 10 km from Montpellier and 15 km from Sète, 5 km from Saint Jean de Védas from where you can take the tram.

Close to Place de la Comédie and the Corum, it is on a quiet street, typical of Montpellier. You'll find all the shops you'll need right around.

The kitchen, living room, dining room, and 2 bedrooms have stunning sea views from the 4th floor. 1 bedroom with 180° sea view thanks to a bay window overlooking the beach + a bay window overlooking Sète through the dining room. Privacy is preserved at night by a curtain. The rooms are separated by a load-bearing wall. Personal apartment so I only rent to visitors with positive reviews. Facing the harbor and the sea, very close to the Royal Canal and its jousts, very nice bright apartment of 34 m2, on the fourth floor with elevator, in a beautiful secure residence, quiet while being 2 steps from the heart of the city and the halls of Sète. You will be particularly seduced by the view of the port and the sea, its location, its equipment and its interior design. Watch the fishing boats come in with the seagulls swirling overhead.
