Cette ancienne maison de pêcheurs a été rénovée en 2019/20. Toutes les pièces bénéficient d' une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. Vous pourrez profiter de la pièce à vivre ( cuisine entièrement équipée, séjour, salon ) et de la salle de bains (douche à l'italienne) au rez- de- chaussée. A l' étage se trouvent un salon, deux chambres et une pièce d'eau (wc et lavabo ). Lit Bébé et chaise haute sur demande. Un petit jardin attenant vous permettra, de manger dehors. L' accès est direct sur la grève.

A Saint le Thomas (entre Granville et Avranches), au plus prêt de la plage avec vue sur le Mt St Michel et les falaises de Champeaux Emplacement calme et reposant Cabanon avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner et dormir confortablement (vous trouverez 2 vrais lits faits à votre arrivée / draps et serviettes fournis) Les arrivées se font entre 16h et 19h mais nous savons nous adapter. Vous pouvez stationner votre voiture à côté du cabanon. Location à la nuit (sauf juillet août 2 nuits minimum)

Pretty appartment w/ STUNNING view on the sea

Apartment with exceptional sea view, not overlooked. A bit vintage and imperfect but very nice. In front of the mythical oyster beds of Cancale. In the distance, the majestic profile of the Mont Saint-Michel. A permanent show just under your windows, according to the tides. Perfect place for a dreamed time in the north of Brittany (Saint-Malo, Dinard…) Private parking space, downtown Cancale at 5 minutes walk. Restaurants and oyster market at 10-15 minutes walk along the sea.
