In Iza you will find different routes for hiking, cycling, hot springs and only 14km away is Lake Tota. My place is great for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children), big groups and pets.

RÍO FRÍO House, Monguí.

The house is located in the municipality of Monguí, a 10-minute walk from the main square. The property is facing the Morro River on a private 2,500 m2 property. The place is quiet and spacious. Ideal for resting. Restaurants and supermarkets are less than a 10-minute walk away and the house has access for several vehicles. Monguí may have occasional power, water, and internet outages.

Enjoy this centrally located apartment on the main street between the Basilica and the Calicanto Bridge, located on the third floor. It has an outdoor parking service four blocks from the hotel.
