It is on the ground floor (although access to the building has 9 steps), and shares garden and pool with the other two apartments, Bonelli and Adalberti. It is a cozy space with a beautiful living room-kitchen that has all the comforts, it has a sofa bed for one person, Smart TV 50 inches, electric fireplace and a design that takes care of every detail. It has a nice terrace ideal for a morning coffee or even a dinner under the stars with spectacular views of the village and the creek. Apartment equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine…, and all amenities at your fingertips. The room is spacious and bright and has a great “King Size” bed. In addition, you can enjoy a bathroom with a large double shower, where you can relax without waiting for turns. The house has a swimming pool for the private use of its guests. This service is offered on demand and during the summer season. We are Javier and Juanjo and we have a single-family home on a 1000 m plot in Sierra de Fuentes, with lawn areas and a private pool. The house is divided into two completely independent floors separated by an exterior staircase that gives access to your accommodation and the pool. Access to the plot and outdoor areas are shared, and we will be happy to have you so close, but at the same time, with all the privacy of being on different and independent floors
