Modern house on a sea plot with private jetty, secluded location

You'll love my place because of the nature, the sun from morning to night, the tranquility, the sea, the giant windows. Enjoy the tranquility, the wildlife. The house is built to make you feel like you're in the middle of nature, but indoors. Feel free to take forest walks in the nearby area. To the house, you can take the motorboat with a 4 hp rowing boat, which is included, as it is about 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter, you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

Centrally located in Järna is this red cabin. It is 30 sqm + large sleeping loft. Large windows give lots of light. Private small patio. In this home, you can be entirely to yourself if you so choose. It's not that big of a deal, but contains everything you normally need in terms of amenities. Note that it is 1 bed, 160 cm wide, and you need to be able to walk up the ladder to get there. You can sleep 3 people if you make the sofa. It is 180x70 cm and there is bedding for the sofa in a cupboard.

This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

WINTER - ice-skate, cross-country ski, sauna & ice dip SPRING/AUTUMN - canoe, fish, swim, camp, forage or walk. Also known as 'The Grumpy House' due to the amount of times I've hit my head!
