This property has been in my family for 40 years, and it is with great excitement that I am embarking on this project to turn it into a true 5-star haven of peace. Located in one of the most privileged spots in Llançà, the Villa will wow you with an extraordinary combination: sun, sea, wonderful views, tranquility, and a unique natural setting.

It is located in the middle of the village, at the height of the square - about 2 minutes walk - where there is a supermarket, kiosk and some bars, in a quiet area at night. The apartment has plenty of light and has a large patio/terrace where you can eat outdoors, relax and children can play. There is a double bed, a bunk bed and a very comfortable sofa bed in the dining room.
