The total area is 70 sq.m. Spacious and bright, equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. There is a large shared parking lot in the yard. A 5-minute walk away, there are two landscaped parks and a lake for walking and sports. Also within a walking distance are a variety of restaurants, cafes and a large supermarket.
