Na samo nekoliko koraka od objekta nalaze se kafići trgovina, pekara i slastičarna.

Az apartman a 4. emeleten található, lift nincs, azonban cserébe páratlan panoráma terül elénk a teraszról, Székesegyház, Tv torony, a belvárosra néz.
