At my apartments you don't just rent a place to sleep, but you rent to live an experience, specifically the experience of being on the terrace with that panoramic view.

Casa Vacanze Il Borgo

Il Borgo holiday home is a small jewel entirely in stone, located in the village of Rocca Sigillina in the municipality of Filattiera. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a small bed, a bathroom, and an open space with a sofa bed, a dining room, and a kitchen. The accommodation has an exclusive pool with views of the Apennines, which can be reached directly from the kitchen French door. In the outdoor courtyard, there is also a gazebo with a table and deckchairs with an umbrella.

The Barn

Situated in the Apuane mountains with stunning views, this lovely spacious apartment has its own garden where you can relax and dine al fresco. The area is a perfect haven for cycling, hiking, horse riding and visiting the many nearby terracotta towns and Borgos. Alternatively beaches and ski resorts are within an hour's drive. Il Fienile offers free fast Wi-Fi access and free parking. The property is a double en-suite bedroom with an additional bedroom (suitable for families only).

A 2 km passa la via del Volto Santo (Bagnone) e a 4 la via Francigena (Filetto).

5 minutes from Pontremoli is the village of Ponticello known for its stone tower houses and barrel arches. Inside the village is my accommodation with a separate entrance. The apartment is independent with a lovely balcony where you can dine or sunbathe in complete relaxation. It is 5 km from the Pontremoli tollbooth, 40 minutes from Lerici, 1 hour from Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, 55 minutes from Versilia and just over 1 hour from Pisa and Lucca. E-bike rental is available.
