Here you will find peace, quiet, and rest, which are very much needed these days. The cottages can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. You can relax here without your own or anyone else's children. However, we are happy to welcome easy-going pets. The minimum rental period is 2 nights. During the holiday season, however, we prefer longer stays. There is an additional fee for using the hot tub and sauna. We look forward to seeing you.

Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

We invite you to a comfortable, year-round cottage in Masuria – perfect for families and people seeking peace and quiet close to nature. Guests have access to a private Jacuzzi by the cottage (included in the price of the stay), a terrace, a grill, a playground, a games room (billiards, ping-pong, foosball), and a sauna. 🎁 Holiday offer until July 17, 2026!
