For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. During your vacation, take a few steps slower than in everyday life and immerse yourself in life in the mountains in unspoiled nature. Take time for yourself and make your vacation the most beautiful time of the year. Our house is located at 1300 m near the forest. In winter, the slope passes in front of the house, and the lift goes up behind the house. In summer, we are a little hidden and can be reached via a short gravel road. The parking area is right in front of the house.

Alpbachtaler Berg-Refugium

Our hut is a unique refuge that combines tradition and modernity. Located at an altitude of 1,370 m, it offers breathtaking views of the Tyrolean mountains and flowering alpine meadows. With a history of over 100 years, it has a fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms with mountain views, and a sunny terrace. Hiking trails start right outside the door, and the sauna provides relaxation after an active day. Ideal for nature lovers and those seeking relaxation.

Crispy cottage in nature, close to Salzburg

The Knusperhäuschen is located at 700 meters with a view over the Salzachtal, about 5 km from Golling, 25 km from Salzburg. Nestled in nature, in beautiful scenery. A small B&B is next door. You'll love the place because of the healthy wood construction, the tiled stove, the quiet location, terrace, a fantastic view. My place is ideal for couples and guests traveling with their pets. There are many hiking opportunities and attractions nearby.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Our attractive vacation home is located in St.Quirin/Tegernsee A beautiful, single vacation home awaits you on a lake property with a terrace that offers a breathtaking view of Lake Tegernsee, a private jetty to the lake, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with an electric gas fireplace, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed/sofa bed. In the living room, a couch offers another sleeping option for children or another person.

Lengalm Hütte 2 - Mountain hut with sauna & mountain views

The Lengalmhütte 2 for 2 to 4 people with its own sauna is located in Lengdorf (Niedernsill), a few minutes from Kaprun. Lengalmhütte 2 features a sauna (outside), a terrace, a fireplace, a seating area with a sofa and a rocking chair, a flat-screen TV with Netflix & Amazon Video, Wi-Fi and a bathroom with a shower, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stovetop, kettle and coffee maker.

Small, cozy one-room hut in Mittersill

Our small, cozy one-room hut can accommodate 3 people, shared hours and evenings. With the wood-burning stove it gets cozy and warm. A large corner bench with table, bunk bed, and dresser are also in the cabin. Barbecue right next to the cabin, water right at the cabin at the fountain trough, electricity is available. The outhouse is a couple of meters from the cabin, an outdoor solar bag shower is available.

The apartment is located on an farm right in the middle of Salzkammergut on the picturesque Mondsee Lake. The children-friendly accomodation serves as a perfect starting point for families for various excursions and trips in the MondSeeLand region as well as in Salzkammergut. Pool, new wellness area with with sauna and infrared cabin for your use. Tourist tax is €3,10 per person/day aged 15 and over.
