Das Apartment ist im Erdgeschoss eines Bauernhauses mit insgesamt 4 Apartments. Die Haustür ist über den Innenhof erreichbar. Die Terrassentür ist südwestlich ausgerichtet. Das Bauernhaus hat sehr wenig Nachbarschaft, daher liegt es in einer sehr ruhigen und angenehmen Lage mit toller Aussicht. Sie eignet sich für die berufliche Nutzung von mehreren Personen, als Wohnstätte für Arbeiten in Linz und Umgebung, für Homeoffice, aber auch für Urlaubs- und Freizeitaktivitäten. Die Wohnung bietet sich auch als (ermäßigte) längerfristige Unterkunft für Arbeitsaufenthalte, Familien und Einzelpersonen an. Mit Öffis gut erreichbar.

Lovely two bedroom apartment in Grein

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base

The apartment is located in an original Art Nouveau building from 1912, supposedly the most beautiful house in Linz.
