It is located in a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, just 14 minutes by JR line from Kichijoji Station to Shinjuku. There are also plenty of convenience stores nearby. The concept is "a house where you can relax with friends and couples", and it is perfect for long stays. You can experience the vibrant Japanese atmosphere in the shopping district of Kichijoji Station, the nearest station. It is convenient because you can reach Shinjuku station in 15 minutes and Shibuya Station in 17 minutes (5 stops by express train) without transferring. Important ・ The accommodation is located about 10 minutes by bus from Kichijoji station. ・ The entrance and the living room in the basement are connected, so be careful not to fall. There is no handrail ・ The bath and toilet are on the 3rd floor. Close to the■ Ghibli Museum The Ghibli Museum is a 10-minute walk away, and Inokashira Park, where the museum is located, is a popular spot for strolls with its boating pond and zoo. ■Old-fashioned shopping street The shopping district of Mitaka Station is full of restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, spas, and public baths, so you can enjoy living in Tokyo. ■ Entire rental You can use the 1LDK on the ground floor of the apartment for private use. The nearest stations are Tama Reien Station on the Keio Line or Tama Station on the Seibu Tamagawa Line (transfer at Musashisakai Station on the Chuo Line), both about 30 minutes from Shinjuku Station. The accommodation is a 19-minute walk from Tama Cemetery Station and an 11-minute walk from Tama Station. It is a little far from the station, so we can pick you up and drop you off at the nearest station by car, depending on the time. Please let us know in advance when you will be picking up. Ajinomoto Stadium is within 10 minutes by car. We can also show you nearby restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, and tourist attractions. Parking is available on site for cars, motorcycles and bicycles (free). However, cars are limited to small cars with a total length of up to 3,800 mm. If the size is exceeded, please park in the coin parking lot within a 1-minute walk (600 yen for 24 hours). Please let us know in advance if you will be coming by car. There are many cases where it is okay to book a consecutive stay that includes a day that is unavailable on the calendar. Please ask me.
