Ideal for family vacations! 10 minutes from Acadian Village and 20 minutes from Caraquet, the summer festival capital. Whether it's to relax or go play in the sand, you'll find the true definition of the word vacation! So I invite you to this cottage in Maisonnette to discover the Acadian region and its famous sandy beaches.

Nice studio-style apartment in Shippagan

Nice fully renovated studio-style apartment located in a basement, with private entrance and parking. The entrance to access it is on the opposite side of the area used by the owners. The bedroom has a King bed and a small living area. It has a full kitchen and a workspace. Located 2 minutes from downtown and all services. It should be noted that the accommodation is located within my house (separated by a locked door) and we live upstairs.

Chalet Savoie 1

Warm, serene and 3 km from the city. With sea views but without direct access, you will still hear the sound of the sea and can savor its salty scent when you are on the large patio with a large mosquito net area. However, access is possible, very close at the end of the street. There is also a space to make a fire to liven up your evenings. Whether it's to enjoy the sun, the stunning sea views will make you dream long after you leave.

Phare de Miscou

Peaceful seaside, 2.9 km from the lighthouse, facing the Lac Frye Observatory. Two double beds including one heater, bbq, fire/wood provided. Made up of 50% wetlands, Miscou is a wild nature reserve lined with beaches. Striped Bar Fishing, Bird Watching, Cloud of Dragonflies, Foxes, Deer, and Moose. At the tip of the Acadian archipelago, its freshness and saline air make it a haven of peace.

Peaceful retreat 3 minutes from the beach

Bienvenue au Naufragé – un refuge côtier paisible à 3 minutes de la plage. Parfait pour une personne (ou deux tranquilles!) en quête de calme, de nature et d’air salin. Entrée privée, stationnement gratuit, espace de travail, Nespresso, serviettes de plage, laveuse-sécheuse, et Netflix. À deux pas des plages, marchés et sentiers. Coastal Cottage in the Acadian Peninsula

Rustic cottage near the sea. At the back of the Chalet, you have a path (2-minute walk) that will take you to a nice sitting area facing the sea. In this rest area, you have a place to make a campfire and you also have a gazebo to relax. The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bunk bed that can accommodate 4 people.

The Nordet Cottage

Spacious chalet for rent in a little corner of paradise with views and access to the sea. Located in Pigeon Hill, a small coastal village that stands out for the warm welcome and generosity of its community. Activity to do on site: hull fishing, kayaking/paddle boarding (not included), swimming, striped bass fishing. Perfect place for the whole family.

Large Chalet on the Dune

15 minutes from Caraquet by car, located in the center of the Village of Maisonnette. Direct access to the sea. Great for paddle boarding, kayaking or kitesurfing. 5-minute walk to the children's playground and Maisonnette sand dune. Grocery store, gas station and take-out restaurant nearby.
