This beautiful new apartment (80 sqm living space) is great for all Lake Constance lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. Excursion destinations such as the Marienschlucht, the island of Mainau and Konstanz are very close. Bodman is located on Lake Überling and offers a few nice restaurants. This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.

Lovingly furnished, cozy 2-room apartment in a beautiful and idyllic location on the lake between the harbor and the beach in Wallhausen, with lots of charm and leisure opportunities.
