Ideal location 150 m from the ocean (supervised beaches) 50 m from the current and the bridge, very nice for morning walks and sunset, 400 m from the market and at the foot of the cycle paths. Everything is within walking distance (shops, restaurants, entertainment…). 2 bedrooms, equipped kitchen, covered terrace. Possibility to park the car inside the enclosed property. Pets may be allowed.

Quiet, at the edge of the pine forest, you can enjoy the pool from June to October if the weather permits. The ocean is about 6 km away, a bike path takes you there, 500 m from the studio. The town center and its shops are 1.5 km away but 100 m away, across the street you will find Florian the market gardener and his good garden produce as well as regional products.

Access to the beach is via a small footbridge at the edge of the forest, the surf school is just at the end. Behind the building, the bike path can take you to the lake or the village. A 5-minute walk away you will find the pedestrian street with its restaurants, bars, shops, entertainment and delicious ice cream. It's a bright, cozy and calm apartment. Located in a quiet and secure residence, our very bright apartment enjoys stunning views of the Ocean and the mouth of the Courant from its large sunny balcony. The beach, shops and restaurants can be reached on foot in minutes. The apartment is ideal for a successful vacation for two people. Rentals from May to September are weekly, from Saturday to Saturday. The rest of the year is flexible (3 nights minimum).
