This cosy space is a private half house with a separate entrance and off street parking. Offering spacious separate living and dining and two bedrooms, 1 with a king bed and the 2nd with a double (please see additional information). You can enjoy the beautiful garden with magnificent trees from the private front porch which has a BBQ and outdoor seating. Located on 15 acres on the edge of town. It is a few minutes drive from Orange's CBD as well as a short drive to Millthorpe Village.
