This traditional stone built villa sits in the centre of the village opposite a 17th century church, with free parking and EV (Sorégies) charging point. The local bar/shop is a two minute walk. Villa Lierre is 5 mins from a large supermarket at L’Isle Jourdain. The Circuit du Val de Vienne is 15 minutes away by car. There are historic towns to explore nearby, and the river Vienne is a short walk through the village.

Old Water Mill

Old water mill, built in 1850. Many of the original features of the mill have been left & been used to create a place of charm & character. Situated on a twelve acre lake, within a listed & protected zone by Natura 2000. You can eat your breakfast on the terrace next to the lake, in a very beautiful & tranquil setting. The only noise here comes from the birds, wildlife & the sheep in the surrounding fields. Owner lives on site in adjacent farm house. Many local bars & excellent restaurants.

Atelier 9

Atelier 9 stands on thé banks of the Vienne with views of the viaduc and was once an industrial building. Inside it is now a comfortable, private and relaxing space with a newly fitted kitchen and bathroom. The living area has large tv with Orange Tv and 100’s of dvds and cds. There is a mini football table and a large selection of board games. Upstairs the bathroom has a large modern shower and bath tub. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds.
