Stone house in nature with two bedrooms and a living room with a great view of the Pindos mountain range and Mount Tymfi. Our village is located at an altitude of 1000m and is just 20 km from the junction of Eastern Zagori of Egnatia Odos. 45 minutes from Metsovo and 20 minutes from the beautiful lake of the springs of Aoos.

Mandilas House

Our lovely home is located in the village of Kastraki, 290 meters from the main square of the village. The house can host up to 6 people. It can accommodate a family or a small group of friends. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms a fully equipped kitchen and a living room (it consists of two sofas which can be turned into beds). In front of the house there is an open common area where the guests can park for free their cars (private property). The guests have access to a laundry machine.

A recently renovated house of stone and wood, a classic example of Zagori architecture, built in 1907. It is located just 30 meters from Monodendri Square, in the center of Zagori. Where the route to Viko begins. It has its own parking lot. Traditional wooden and stone mansion. Only 30m from Monodendri's square, in the middle of Zagori. 600m from Vikos gorge! It has its own parking lot.

The house of the square

It is one of the few houses located at the level of the square and therefore all travelers will have easy access to everything they need without using their vehicle. It is sunny all day and is located at the back of the square ensuring peace and quiet. From the south side it has a panoramic view of the Anilio ski resort while from the north side it overlooks the castle park.

The house in the village

The house in the village was built with love and respect for nature. It is all made of stone and wood, characteristic architecture of the houses of Zagori. The stones used in the construction of this house were all handpicked by the home owners and all the decorative items are family heirlooms up to 5 generations back.

TZOUMERKA CHALET KALIVAS

One unique open-space on three levels for a stay in nature, at less than one km from the village of Ktistades. On request during the stay, possibility to enjoy a traditional sauna. Mountains and rivers around allow activities such as trekking, canyoning and rafting.

This unique space has its own style. My husband and I, after 9 years of experience, having the Traditional Guesthouse, decided in 2025, on our own, to renovate and give life again to an old stone house that was right next to us.
