Spacious, bright 55 sq m apartment in the restored building of the pre-war Ublik railway station, in the heart of the so-called "Orzysz Switzerland" in Masuria. Surrounded by nature: forests, meadows, lakes. Inside - design, renovated furniture, vintage accessories, atmosphere and style for lovers of interesting interiors. Large windows overlooking the garden let in a lot of light even on cloudy days. There is a cast iron stove in the dining room. Our wooden cottage has been designed in a modern and functional way. We tried to blend in perfectly with the surroundings and not to disturb the nature that surrounds us from all sides. Our small village has not succumbed to time, everything works here as before. There is no shop, no restaurant, no tourists, only silence and nature. The village is surrounded by meadows and the Puszcza Piska forest, 10 km to the nearest towns. Cranes and countless water birds invite you to a daily spectacle. Here you will find peace

Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Masuria, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads to Lajs. No asphalt here, no shop or bar. Here, the sound of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, the clear water, and it's something you won't encounter anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful homes with dreams and pine trees around. Adjacent is a family work. Homes fit into local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

Red Cottage is located in the village of Karwik on the edge of the Piska Forest. Here we go. Seconds that make up the south bay. Śniardwy, the waters of the Great Masurian Lakes open. The cottage is well suited for family stays, couples, and a group of friends. On the ground floor of the cottage there is a living area with a fireplace connected to the kitchen. upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. For a larger group, please let us know. You will stay in a detached wooden house separated from the rest of the yard. Pure nature. From the terrace, you have a great distant view of the hilly meadow landscape. There you can also enjoy the sunsets. It is 25 m to the courtyard area, where you can also use the conservatory and the bar as well as the lake terrace. The house is heated with a fireplace, which also supplies the upper floor through air drafts. For this, you have to take care of the lighting.

We have converted our nostalgic wooden barn into a spacious, modern home - and we believe this place is simply fantastic... Your home-away-from-home includes a ground floor bedroom for two, 'topped' with two beds on the vide. The two other bedrooms can be found upstairs, where the views are just breathtaking. Both floors have bathrooms, the one on the first flour is extra spacious and has a bathtub with forest view.
