Our Blue Flag TEKKE beach is a 1-minute walk away. Your #separate entrance# 1+0 room, located on the garden floor of the villa where we live, is 40 square meters. Your room has a private kitchen and bathroom. Since we only rent out the room on the garden floor of the villa, there will be no other guests besides you, and you can use the garden. There are restaurants, entertainment centers, and a marina within walking distance of our house. Alaçatı is a 15-minute drive away. Your room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. We have free parking.

An exclusive 2-bedroom beachfront penthouse with a private terrace, right on the coastline of Asala area. Just a 5 minute walk to Asala Market; the main local Dahab market. The start of the touristic promenade (North end) is also a 5 minute walk along the beach. Notice: Due to high demand, early check-ins & late check-outs aren't usually possible. Baggage drop-off possible if needed. Couples: Marriage certificate required if at least one guest is Egyptian, as per the law. No exceptions.

Guests can enjoy two fully equipped kitchens and five bathrooms. The villa boasts an 8x4m pool with a depth of 1.3m, a children’s play area, and excellent outdoor seating with fitness equipment and a gas barbecue area. A laundry room is available. A dedicated lady helper will be at your service throughout your stay.

Villa Caterina is one house 50 m2 with spectacular view. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Entering by its private entrance to the enormous terrace of the villa that you enjoy your lunch/dinner by watching sunsets and sunrises. It is fully equipped has a spacious living room / sitting area that also has 2 single beds, a new kitchen with all appliances feels like home. There is also Master bedroom and a bathroom. It can be given with a guest room that can accommodate a 2 people.

Breakfast is included. Our studio opens to a wide terrace with a stunning view of the sea. Surrounded by no neighbors but a maqui forest, accompanied by the sound of the waves from the shore below. We share the property with several friendly cats who may occasionally visit the terrace to greet guests. They are gentle and accustomed to people, but their presence may not be suitable for those with allergies or a preference for a pet-free environment.
